Provider partnership questions
Does listing my business guarantee work orders?
No. Available opportunities depend on local customer demand, coverage, equipment, route capacity, and NTBC approval. You are not required to accept an offer.
Is it free to list my business?
Yes, listing is free. If an opportunity comes up, you can review our short Provider Terms through a secure link before accepting a job.
Will I keep my own customers?
Yes. Your independently acquired business remains yours. NTBC customers introduced through NTBC are coordinated through NTBC.
When and how am I paid?
The exact amount and payment terms are agreed before you accept an individual job. Post-service payout is the standard arrangement, and different timing, including an approved advance, may be agreed separately. Details are provided per assignment.
Do I need to work in a particular state?
No. NTBC welcomes independent cleaning businesses throughout the United States. Availability of customer work is not guaranteed in every location.
Can I use my existing routing software and crews?
Yes. You can continue operating your own business and scheduling tools, while using the NTBC secure work-order link to accept work and provide service documentation.
