HOA trash can and bin cleaning questions
Can residents enroll individually?
NTBC can consider an association-funded plan or resident opt-in enrollment. Both require sufficient eligible participation, service access and a viable provider route. Community-level prices are provided through a proposal.
Does a resident need two bins?
Standard individual residential cleaning requires at least two eligible wheeled trash and/or recycling carts at the same address. NTBC does not offer a one-bin individual appointment. Community requests are assessed against the actual household and container mix.
Can an HOA choose any cleaning day?
Not automatically. We review municipal collection, gates, access details, participating homes and provider capacity first. A service date is confirmed only after those arrangements are verified.
