Order serviceNationwide service requests
We accept service requests from all 50 states and Washington, D.C., but a requested address is not an active cleaning route until NTBC verifies a local provider, route capacity, timing, and service suitability. Browse our detailed regional guides or submit your address to start the check.
These guides include local waste-collection context and explain how an NTBC cleaning request is coordinated. They do not guarantee an active route.

We review provider capacity, the type of bins, access requirements and collection timing before issuing a service date.
Once NTBC confirms a date, leave the bins accessible as instructed. Cleaning does not have to occur on municipal collection day.
