Trash bin cleaning route requests in Texas

Texas households have different collection rules from one city, suburb and private utility district to another. Requests are accepted statewide, but no city or address has a guaranteed route without provider confirmation.

How regional service requests work

In Houston, eligible city households use a city-issued rolling garbage cart and have an address-based schedule, but suburbs and other jurisdictions may use different providers and cart types.

NTBC does not set municipal hauling days. When requesting cleaning from Dallas, Austin, San Antonio or another Texas location, provide a complete address and the types of carts present so route feasibility can be reviewed.

Customers need at least two eligible wheeled trash and/or recycling bins for each residential visit. We check bin compatibility, address, access, pricing and a route provider before confirming a service date. HOA and commercial services are evaluated separately.

A statewide service-request area is not a verified active NTBC provider territory. You may request availability; NTBC will review your address individually before scheduling.
