Coordinate service after collection

Cleaning is scheduled around hauler pickup so dumpsters are empty and accessible when the cleaning team arrives.

Create a consistent property standard

A documented program can define included containers, frequency, access contacts, service notes, and before and after documentation when requested.

Quote multiple containers accurately

Final pricing depends on dumpster size, quantity, condition, frequency, access, and number of locations.

Build a site-specific scope before quoting

A multifamily property can have more than one waste area, and not every dumpster is accessible to a cleaning vehicle. Identify each container's approximate capacity, whether it is front-load or another configuration, how many units use it, and any gates or low-clearance approaches. NTBC's standard commercial program is designed for eligible 2- to 8-yard dumpsters. Compactors, pads, enclosure walls and loose household waste are outside the standard dumpster-only service.

Ask the property contact to identify which hauling company empties each container and when. Cleaning requires compatible equipment and an empty, safely accessible dumpster. A cleaning route is proposed only after local provider coverage and hauling timing are verified.

Set an access and communication plan

A management company may require prior notice, a gate code, a maintenance escort or permission to temporarily move an empty dumpster. Those details should be settled before a visit rather than left to a driver to resolve on arrival. If the enclosure is shared by several buildings, record which dumpsters belong to which property and whether tenants are allowed to dispose of waste during the cleaning window.

NTBC coordinates the service request and confirmation, but does not control the hauler's pickup schedule. A missed municipal or private hauling pickup may require rescheduling.

Compare one property with a portfolio program

For a single apartment community, request service by providing the site address, dumpster count, approximate size, condition and preferred cleaning frequency. For several properties, send an address-by-address inventory rather than assuming every site can share one route.

Commercial plans start at $199 per eligible dumpster service, with final pricing dependent on dumpster capacity, cleaning interval, contamination, access, and location. Review the commercial dumpster program and request a site-specific quote. For resident-owned rolling bins rather than shared dumpsters, see HOA and community programs.
