Plans for different property types

A lightly used office dumpster and a high volume retail container require different schedules and pricing. Service is matched to actual size, condition, access, and waste profile.

Single and multiple location programs

Property managers can request one site or coordinate service standards across a broader portfolio.

Clear scope protects the property

Standard service covers eligible two through eight yard dumpsters. Pads, enclosures, compactors, hazardous waste, and medical waste are outside the standard scope.

Distinguish different commercial waste streams

An office building with mostly paper and packaging presents a different cleaning challenge from a shopping center with food tenants or a warehouse that uses dumpsters for mixed business waste. Container use, volume and exposure to leaking liquids affect how much buildup occurs. Identify whether the container serves a single tenant or several businesses so a cleaning schedule can account for real use.

Standard NTBC commercial service is intended for eligible 2- to 8-yard dumpsters. It is separate from residential rolling-cart cleaning and from commercial compactor or enclosure cleaning.

How a property manager can prepare a request

Provide the full site address, dumpster capacity, number of containers, approximate condition, gate/access restrictions and the name of the person who can authorize service. Include the waste-hauler collection schedule and any no-entry hours. For multiple locations, an inventory of addresses and bin sizes helps evaluate whether cleaning can be grouped into routes.

Do not schedule employees or tenants around a proposed cleaning date until the professional cleaning provider has actually confirmed capacity and access. A city appearing in the nationwide directory is not itself a confirmed service territory.

Compare cost, scope and recurring options

A routine dumpster-only program can be considered alongside a one-time deep cleaning, but unusual contamination may need separate evaluation. Pads, enclosure floors, concrete washing, compactors, hazardous materials and medical waste are not part of the standard scope. Wash-water recovery is incorporated into eligible professional cleaning service requirements.

Published commercial starting pricing is $199 per eligible dumpster service. Final rates vary by container size, frequency, condition, number of dumpsters and location. See the commercial quote page and multifamily site guidance.
