Who performs the cleaning service?
National Trash Bin & Dumpster Cleaning coordinates service through qualified local cleaning professionals assigned to each service area. We remain your primary contact for scheduling, billing, customer support, and service-quality concerns.
Do I need to be home?
Usually no. After municipal collection, leave the scheduled bins empty and accessible at the confirmed curbside or approved location until service is completed or until 7:00 p.m.
Can I cancel a recurring plan?
Yes. Recurring plans have no minimum number of cleanings and no early-cancellation fee. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewals. If a payment has already processed, the corresponding scheduled cleaning remains due.
How do I reschedule?
Contact us by 5:00 p.m. local time on the day before the confirmed service date. Timely requests are moved to the next available route without a rescheduling charge. Same-day requests may be treated as a customer-caused missed service.
What happens if my bins are not empty or accessible?
Bins that are not out, not empty, blocked, inaccessible, unsafe, or presented in the wrong quantity may be documented as a customer-caused missed service and the scheduled visit may remain nonrefundable. A return visit may be requested for $10, subject to route availability and confirmation.
What if your team cannot complete the service?
When weather, delayed collection, equipment trouble, staffing, or another operational issue prevents service, we reschedule without an added service charge. If service cannot reasonably be completed within 14 days, we provide a credit or refund for that visit.
What if I have a quality concern?
Report the concern within 24 hours and include photographs when available. Our first remedy is a re-clean or correction on the next practical route. A refund or credit may be issued when the service was not provided or we cannot reasonably correct a verified problem.
How many bins are included?
Published residential starting prices cover the first standard bin. Additional bins can be cleaned during the same visit at the additional-bin price shown for the selected plan.
Is sanitizing included?
Yes. Residential service includes machine washing, sanitizing, deodorizing, and wash-water recovery. Sanitizing helps reduce microorganisms on treated surfaces but does not make a bin permanently germ-free.
Do you disinfect bins?
We use the word disinfecting only when an EPA-registered disinfectant is applied exactly according to its label, including required concentration and contact time.
Can you clean full dumpsters?
Commercial dumpsters normally must be emptied before cleaning. Final requirements are confirmed before service.
Do you clean dumpster pads or enclosures?
No. Standard commercial service cleans the eligible dumpster itself, not pads, enclosures, compactors, hazardous waste, or medical waste.
