Billing name and address are the same as the service information.

Important service policies

Recurring plans have no minimum and may be canceled before the next billing date.
Reschedule by 5:00 p.m. the day before service.
After collection, leave bins empty and accessible until service is complete or 7:00 p.m.
Customer-caused missed visits are nonrefundable; a confirmed return visit is $10.
Report service concerns within 24 hours so we can arrange a re-clean or correction.

Residential requests are accepted throughout the United States. If your address is covered by an active route, submitting continues to secure Stripe checkout. If route review is required, no payment is collected until local service availability is confirmed. A paid checkout does not reserve an exact cleaning date until scheduling is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
