Remove residue instead of only masking odor
Household bags may leak sauces, liquids or food particles that stay in a rolling cart after municipal pickup. Rinsing with a hose can dislodge some of this material, but targeted washing can reach bottoms, interior walls, lid surfaces and other awkward areas. Deodorizing may reduce odors from the remaining waste film; it does not permanently prevent future smells.
Professional cleaning is not the same as trash collection. The container should be empty when NTBC's assigned provider arrives, and the cleaning appointment may be on a different day from municipal pickup.
Help manage mess and avoid uncontrolled runoff
A mobile machine-cleaning approach can recover dirty wash water instead of simply pushing it down the driveway or into a street drain. Proper handling still depends on provider practices and applicable local requirements, which should be checked before work is approved.
Cleaning can remove material that may attract flies or other pests, but it does not replace controlling the source of household waste, securing lids or obtaining pest-control service where needed. An emptied, cleaned bin can become dirty again with normal use.
Choose the right service for your household
NTBC requires two eligible wheeled bins per residential visit. A first cleaning for two bins starts at $59.95 whether the customer chooses one-time or new recurring service. From the second recurring cleaning, monthly two-bin visits start at $29.95, every-two-month visits at $39.95 and quarterly visits at $49.95, before applicable taxes and special handling.
